Customer Portal For Parking Permits

The MPA Customer Portal allows customers to purchase, view, and manage their parking permits.  Via the portal, customers will be able to:

  • Apply for/purchase parking permits at all facilities where available
  • Register/change/add vehicles
  • Update payment preference (auto-pay or pay-as-you-go)
  • Update credit card info
  • View permits
  • View transaction history 

In addition, customers may choose to be placed on an automated waiting list if their permit of choice is not available.
