Customer Portal For Parking Permits
The MPA Customer Portal allows customers to purchase, view, and manage their parking permits. Via the portal, customers will be able to:
- Apply for/purchase parking permits at all facilities where available
- Register/change/add vehicles
- Update payment preference (auto-pay or pay-as-you-go)
- Update credit card info
- View permits
- View transaction history
In addition, customers may choose to be placed on an automated waiting list if their permit of choice is not available.
