More Effective and Efficient Parking Management

With the new system, gated facilities will operate 24/7 in order to maintain accurate live counts.  Our new parking system will count the total number of cars parked in each gated facility on an hourly and daily basis.  This will enable us to monitor and track local parking demand patterns and quickly make parking passes available to the public when they become available. 

 

Also, our parking permit software will alert us when permits become available through attrition.  This will reduce waiting list durations.  

 

Finally, because of improved monitoring, in addition to our regular (full access) parking permits, we are offering limited access “Day Passes” that only allow parking privileges between 6 am and 6 pm.  This will also increase the pool of available parking permits.
