Speeding Up Exiting Times

All new equipment will be outfitted with a brand new intercom system allowing MPA personnel to quickly assist customers and solve problems remotely. 

 

During high exit times, MPA personnel will be deployed with mobile cashiering devices to help process customers quickly and reduce lines at pay stations. 

 

Finally, “lost ticket” problems will be eliminated as we can identify vehicle entrances.
