We know our waiting lists for monthly permits are long, but we do release permits from time to time.
The MPA reviews the demand regularly and works to create new programs to accommodate parking needs.

Permit Parking Alternatives / Discount Programs
The programs below are available to people who work or live in Morristown.
Our debit programs allows parkers to pre-load money at pay stations to pay for discounted hourly parking.
You use the debit cards at entrance and again at the exit, where the cost of parking is deducted at a discounted rate.
Discount Program Parking is subject to availability.
Prepaid Parking: our most flexible program that provides a 10 % discount on parking, and you can park at the Dehart, Ann Bank, or Dalton Garages.
Debit Program: allows parking at Ann Bank and/or Dalton Garages with a deeper discount on hourly parking.
After Hours Program: provides the deepest discount with time of use and location restrictions. Parking is restricted to 4 pm to 6 am at the Ann Bank Garage.
